Strictly no parties, events, or smoking anywhere in the building. Parking: No parking onsite.

Lost items cost up to $200 to replace. 

Lockout fee: We charge a $80 lockout fee if you lock yourself outside the apartment and require us to come and open the door for you. 

Luggage storage: The building does not provide luggage storage. Please message us for further details if you require luggage storage. 

At Checkout: We will take care of the general cleaning, but we kindly ask that you wash any used dishes or start the dishwasher (tablets are under the sink). 

Important Fees & Policies: 

• Late check-out requests must be made as early as possible. 

• If the smoke alarm is activated, the guest will be responsible for the call-out fees and any other charges. • Any property damage may incur charges up to AUD 15,000.
