Stay connected with complimentary high-speed Wi Fi throughout your stay. The apartment also features a fully equipped kitchen, providing everything you need to prepare and enjoy home-cooked meals. Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment for the duration of their stay. Check-in: 3pm – 11pm | Check-out: 10am Early check-in/late check-out may be available for a fee if requested 24 hours in advance (subject to availability). Inductions are held in the East Tower lobby at 7:00 PM (Monday to Friday) and 8:00 AM (Saturday). Please plan ahead as we are unable to arrange this on your behalf. Please treat the apartment with care and respect, keeping noise low for neighbours. Strictly no parties, events, or smoking anywhere in the building. Keys & Fobs: The guest will receive one set of fob and key. Lost items cost up to $200 to replace. Building Operations: Occasional building-wide issues (e.g. hot water, window cleaning, or fob system faults) are managed by building staff and out of our control. We’ll update you on any notices we receive them. Guest Communication: A valid ID must be submitted prior to key collection. Luggage storage: The building does not provide luggage storage. Cleaning & Fees: • One towel per guest (please avoid makeup/fake tan stains). • Extra trash bags under the sink – please help us keep the space tidy. • Long stays 28+ nights require mid-stay cleans at guest’s expense. • Excessive cleaning for shorter stays may incur a charge starting at $50. Access & Security: The building has 24/7 security. Access to apartments and facilities is controlled by a fob key. Facilities: Communal amenities include an outdoor pool, spa pool (indoors), sauna, and gym. A brief 10-minute induction is required to access these. Inductions are held at 7:00 PM Monday–Friday and 8:00 AM Saturday in the East Tower lobby. Parking: No parking onsite. Paid options nearby: Wilson (downstairs), ACE Carpark (129 Kavanagh St), and street parking. At Checkout: Please leave the apartment in the same condition as you found it. We will take care of the general cleaning, but we kindly ask that you wash any used dishes, or start the dishwasher (tablets are under the sink) and return them to their original place. Important Fees & Policies: • Lost keys/fobs replacement: up to $200 per item. • Late check-out requests must be made as early as possible (fees apply). • If the smoke alarm is activated, the guest will be responsible for the call-out fees and any other charges. • We are not liable for lost items. • Any property damage may incur charges up to AUD 30,000.
